Pet tags - Material properties

• (Special) brass is a durable, gold-colored copper alloy that hardly oxidizes and has anti-allergenic and antimicrobial properties. This alloy leaves no marks on fur or skin and retains its shine for a long time.
• Bronze is a traditional, elegant material with favorable properties that are also advantageous for pet tags. We exclusively use recycled bronze, which is particularly corrosion-resistant and abrasion-resistant.
• Copper with an epoxy core is our lightest material option and is an optimal option especially for cats, puppies and small dog breeds.

Especially for cats, puppies, and toy-sized dogs, you should pay attention to the dimensions and weight of the tag. Comparatively, tags made of copper are the lightest and also represent the most affordable price category.
